0:00 Start in 60 seconds guys 0:19 Andrew, Andrew, what do you live for water? Just one more, yeah 0:40 just one, probably find one, throw that one back in the fridge stay tuned for these last two speakers, they're freaking amazing. I think each one of them has enough going on in their life and their business career too. 0:57 I would say that they're both equally as impressive and they both are very, very amazing human beings. If you miss one of their talks, I think you'd be doing yourself a great disservice. 1:10 So we really want to we really, we had a few minutes here. So we wanted to talk about happiness. Me and Anthony, we were very, like light hearted and wealthy long people. But I think a lot of it stems from our internal happiness that we have within us. And it translates across everything that we do, where we don't take life too seriously. 1:29 Yeah, so we've been trying to work on this talk for a while. I think we did like a short, like a one on one podcast one time. And what was it called? I don't remember. It's about hacking happiness. Right? Because I felt like any human being on this entire planet, what are we looking for one thing, right? Whether it's the money or the deals, or the the relationships wherever we go, and we get on the plane and spend time with a bunch of strangers, we're just trying to squeeze a little bit of happiness out of life. And we all think about it, right? Because if it wasn't, we weren't seeking something for fulfillment, then we wouldn't do it at all, it wouldn't be worth the investment of time and energy. So I believe personally that I have had happiness, I think I've done enough down enough tricks in my life to to make myself happy all the time. I don't know a lot of people in here, and there's my family and friends that I know, personally, and they'll know that I'm a pretty, pretty outgoing guy always have a positive outlook, I never get down on myself. But it wasn't an you know, it didn't come naturally. And it didn't come easily, right. And I felt like I wouldn't have any right to talk about this. If I hadn't been through tremendous pain. And I bet everybody in here has been through something in their life that is so painful, you don't much like to talk about it. But when you can work past that there are certain hacks that you can implement into your life that you can actually hack happiness, both through a chemical and relational means. 2:41 So this is one of the things we're and it was so funny, because I always did it by myself. And then when I started here with Anthony, he would do the same thing. And I'm like, Okay, this is, this is like a synergy we had that we never even talked about that we just do it naturally. And it comes almost like second nature, or can everybody hear Danny? Okay, if I can slow? Yeah, can you guys hear me? All right. So there's one thing, it's one thing that I do. And it's really cool that my wife does it too. So like, I bet I bet a couple people like this. But it's one of those things where like, it's simple things you can do in everyday life that you have the opportunity to think of like when you throw a rock into a river or stream or lake, whatever, you create ripples. So one thing is that we have 1000s of interactions per day, if you're like me, I have a I'm always in front of the computer. So I honestly have an opportunity to do this a lot. But when you're out and about you, you might go to the grocery store, you might pump gas, you might go to a restaurant or something, you have the opportunity to send a report in that person's life at that time, and you don't know what the effects will be, you don't know what the ramifications would be. But just like a lake, you can push a little bit of goodness and at what at that moment in time. And it creates a little ripple effect of days, minutes, years, and you realize you really can't understand the the realm of it and what actually get does, but you can just just by doing just by touching somebody, and it's not physical touch. And so it's putting people in a state of happiness. So me happy we do this naturally. And my wife does a two. So it's really cool to see her do it. And I know what she's doing when she does it. But we'll just will interact with people will never ever see again or ever notice. And we touch them. And it's something very simple you can do but there's a there's like a self and self happiness that comes from it. And it's really interesting to see when it happens. So you want to give an example and I'll give an example. Yeah, 4:38 sure. So it can be something as this right. Whatever you create for yourself, then you can you can do whatever you want to create for another person. You have to first create it for yourself, right because you can't give something that you didn't have. So I'll give me an example. You're walking somewhere somebody bumps into you, somebody cuts you off in traffic, you have to first become very, very angry. And then you can share it with the person that made you angry. Right. Right. Who in here has done that before share their anger. with another human being want to see more hands on Hands, hands, hands, everybody's 5:02 hands should be 5:03 up. If you ever made yourself angry, and then share that with somebody else, you know what it feels like already, right? So you're already an expert. That's the good news. So if you want to create and share happiness with other people, you first have to create it in yourself. But there's a trick, right? People are like, it's mindset. It's just power of thought power of its troubleshoot the way you turn it on, because you turn it on for other people first. So even if you're in a terrible mood, right, you walk into Home Depot, right? My favorite. You walk in, you see the person that drinks or Something's just not right, you're walking in, you're feeling good, you got deals, closing people blowing up your body, feeling real proud of yourself for that YouTube video you just uploaded. And you see that you don't see the person at the counter is not having an amazing day. Maybe there's a boss maybe was a customer, somebody and you just see them kind of like going through the motions. Right? completely zoned out, zombie? Do that is a badass shirt. Where'd you get this? Like? Why? Right? Instantly, he says different now. And when you leave, you feel amazingly happy. Because you just saw you just brighten up that guy's day, right? The cool part is, is you can do it all day long. All day long. Hollywood Minute, everybody. If you see me on the bed sometimes. I'm very good with girls and guys. Just making everybody knows me laugh all day long Heiser pay, it's free. 6:16 So it's as simple as a compliment. It could be maybe giving an extra tip it could be telling them how you're doing today. So it's a simple interaction that it doesn't cost. It doesn't cost you anything. It costs you to have the foresight, and Intuit intuitiveness to ask them how they're doing. Hey, man, I really like your shoes. They're really nice, bro. Appreciate that. or something of that effect. You can compliment how they look what they're wearing. That's a nice watch. This hat with red brim is dope, man, I really I need to get one myself. You know, you handle the bald head you know, I don't know what you make make me crack a joke. And a lot of people it comes across authentic because you're actually are being authentic. 6:58 You know, has to be genuine cannot be fake has to be completely genuine. So 7:03 this is this is this is literally happened two days ago. So I said we had tacos here last night. We were prepping for this for the event. And our guys are all here. And I sent the guys and we hate. We just went there's a taco stand right off the corner. I don't know, it was that direction of destruction, things that direction. And I said we went and got tacos and we're all sitting there. And if he's on the phone, he's always on the phone. So we got tacos came back and like every so hungry. Right? We'll get another one. So it was like a little platter of like tacos, a bunch of other stuff, beans and all that stuff. So I sent the guys I'm like, Hey, go back and get another one. Alright, so I gave them it was $32. So I give them 40 bucks. So I was testing the guys because I'm always trying to, they saw me when I went in when I went up there. I gave him $40 And I took all of it. So that it did a purpose. I just when I'm when I'm always out and about I'm always like stripping so I sent the guys. I said give them $40 And they come back like Hey, where's my change? And they're like, What change? Like, where's my change? It was like $33 I know what it was I paid for it 30 minutes ago, because like, oh, we tipped it. Alright, good job. I was testing him. I was testing him because I they'd been around us so much that they are they're picking up on us and how we act with other strangers. So now our now our employees are interacting and doing the same things we do and it's all replication 8:26 Yep, so everything guys I don't know if you know this right based like like electricity records are always a positive and a negative you will use that like in a cheesy conversation. But if you understand like thermodynamics, laws of the universe, complicated things that I'm not going to speak on my kind of I'm talking about, everything's always equal in balance, yin and yang, good and evil, all that stuff, right? So it's something that you have to consider. So if you want to create something for yourself, first, you have to first create it for yourself, and you can share it with other people. But the the, I guess the coolest part is is that you can start on one side and not the other. So let's say you do not have but yet you want to get right, the same law still apply to you, right, an equal and opposite exchange. So you can give away non monetary things like a compliment, right? Like a smile, a handshake, a pat on the back, right? I walk around your shoulder for no reason, because it just kind of just startles them. Right? You can give somebody a flower, a love note, any kind of giving activates the law of receiving in your life. Right? So you don't have to have something physical to be able to give them something that you can implement right away. And I'm just telling you, you don't until you start trying it as a practice like as a behavior then you won't know the power that it can produce in your life. But again, a lot of people here know me personally they know a big giver and I don't give because I haven't to give again just because it makes me high making highs okay. It's 9:39 very selfish of us. So what I like it when the guys came back to finish my story, I was like, I'm really glad that you guys passed the test and I didn't know I was tested on but I'm really glad I'm really glad you guys passed the test because now that you did that, there's gonna be a ranch that we never expected. It's gonna come in our inbox tomorrow, and we're gonna make a should send him money. And that's really how it does work, guys, 10:02 you don't give so that you can get something back. That's not the idea, right? But I can promise you that if you give and you give and you give and you give, it starts to come back in volume, like in height while you have so much so that you don't have to count anymore. And that's what's pretty cool. That's kind of the experience that I think we're having. We have a lot of people, both sellers, buyers, new people experience people, that we feel like the people's lives that we are touching, they do go out and they are replicating, you know, kind of that learned behavior, they see the way that we treat our students and our peers and our friends and our family. And then they go out and they do the same. And like we're just super, super proud of everybody in here, and kind of what we're what we've been observing instead of the highlights. So 10:35 it's super beautiful. Yeah, like I said, I appreciate that. But it's one of those things like I hope you hope you could take away just simple things that you you be more aware of your surroundings, and you're aware of, because every not everybody has a good day, every day. And it's our responsibility as us as givers to community. I hope you all take the start. And now by us teaching you this today, this little 10 minutes extra that we had, maybe you can create another ripple effect in your day in the next week, year, whatever. And it's such a simple thing for us to even translate in part to you because now we're creating ripple effects all over the United States. Other countries, I don't know who's talking to people, somebody overseas, but it's one of those things where like, I don't know what this conversation will have today. But I know it's just creating a ripple effect. There's waves and waves of waves of this. So just keep an eye keep Be aware of your surroundings. Understand that people aren't always have a good day, and a simple compliment a smile. Your outfit looks amazing today. I appreciate you coming and coming and spending time with us today. We're very, very thankful for everybody that came here and we really are generally happy. You're all here because some people are from out of the country. I was talking to somebody that drove seven hours here. We got Marvin from Chicago, jumpin from California. I'm from California. Central's from St. Louis. So we have a lot of people that came hours, days to come here and and share this moment with us right now. So really appreciate you buddy coming out and sharing this with us. Yeah, thank you guys.

I have been an entrepreneur since 2018. I come from a regular home just like most people. My dad worked on the roads in the Chicago area for over 30 years. He always taught me to work with my brain, instead of my body. Your body can only take so much abuse. I learned so much from my father. He always pushed me to work smarter and not harder.

I have owned and operated a trucking business for 2 years. I started learning real estate in 2019. Fell into the Data & Skiptracing business in 2020. My partner Anthony & I started Hivemind in 2021.

I have done a ton of different jobs coming up from painting, to door-to-door sales, telemarketing, truck driving, and loading trailers. What I learned most is that I want to stay in the digital business space. The leverage you can have delivering digital products to the marketplace can yield limitless possibilites.

I started The List Guys in 2020. It is a data and skiptracing service. We provide seller and buyers list nationwide. My clients have been getting great results and I am proud to help people killing it.

I started the Hive in 2021 with my partner Anthony Gaona. It is a real estate and business mastermind. It also comes with a all in one CRM, that can host unlimited websites and users.

Starting the Hivemind has been an amazing journey so far. Seeing one of our users make his 6 figure month in June 2021 leveraging our software, I know there will be plenty more to come!

Hi! I am Anthony Gaona.
I’ve been in digital marketing for almost 15 years.I grew up in construction working for my dad when I was only 12 years old. Normally we had a ton of work or no work at all so a lot of my free time was spent learning how to generate leads.

It didn’t take very long for me to master online marketing because I became absolutely obsessed with it. For the last 15 years I’ve been generating construction based leads. At first I was running the projects myself. This led to sub-contracting all of the excess projects and eventually wholesaling the leads off to other construction companies.

One day I was preparing to build a single family residence for myself. In mid December, 2018, a simple YouTube search led me to the term wholesaling and the rest is history. The plan was to use my construction background to start flipping houses. By January 1st of 2019 I launched several marketing campaigns both on and offline for real estate seller leads.

Within about 4-5 weeks I had my first real estate contract locked up. It didn’t take long for me get a land lead where I made almost a full year’s pay on a single transaction. This came from a land lead and that forever changed my life.

I ran low volume larger land deals for the first two years of my real estate career. Like anyone who has been in real estate investing for an extended period of time, I started thinking about scaling my business.

Instead of deciding to vertically integrated and start hiring I imagined a model where I would teach my real estate investing method… Read More
