0:00 Hey, welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm your host Daniel Martinez. Today we have returning guest Mr. Jevon DOS and Ty do heart. If you haven't seen the other episode, please go check it out a couple out there young entrepreneurs 20 and 21 that are doing the financial space. Talk about a lot of interesting. Gross happened and chargebacks if you want to hear all that stuff, please go check it out. But today is first deal. Cool. Deal break down which company should cover cool, interesting stories. So I don't know if you guys have one together or if you guys want to do two separate ones to separate yet. Alright, if you guys want to go well, whoever's first. 0:39 Hit it hard with this one, Jeff. Oh, 0:41 my God. Oh, my story is beautiful. So before I got full time into the finances, right, I worked at bubbles 33 Because I know I'm down. You're in Cali but it's basically like a Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse. And so we had a company then we had a Met Gala, Houston was with a bunch of millionaires eating dinner with them, learn more knowledge on it. So while I worked at bubbles, right, then it gave my time off for it. And so I went to Houston. It was a bad time I left I was behind on bills and stuff. So my phone's off. I came back. I'm Mike car, my car broke, right? The head gasket blindside came driving, I went to work came in, they're like, you're off the schedule, you're fired out the walk back home, two hours in the rain. And I was like, Dang, this is it. So I called Nate my mentor. I was like, Hey, I got fired, but ready to do it full time. So that meant I got fired. Next month, I made my first $6,000 in business by myself. And with a family friend named Dre. So the money I made was good. But what I did for his life and found was good. So he was 37 at the time. He's a computer engineer. So we set him up with all the products and stuff we do. When he's 55 years old, you'll have $8 million to his name in retirement, who's his first million at 44. And so accomplished for me in business first big paycheck and I helped out a family friend who actually helped me out to 2:07 man, that's amazing. I just, I mean, just that alone, you're building people's futures and I think that's that's amazing. That's cool, man. That's a really cool story, man. Congratulations, sir. Thank you. Alright, Ty let's once you got 2:21 Alright, so mine doesn't have well maybe it does have a happy ending the end is not anxious I'm still in frickin business so this is we're gonna take it back to when I started my first LLC on Apex mindset Incorporated was a little marketing gig me and my my business partner at the time set up so a quick little short story of how I got into that was always kind of business minded. And I was just looking for anything business and you know there's a lot of a lot of people my age are kind of sold the dream. Oh, drop shipping and get rich, quick, oh, ecommerce to a frickin info products do something. I just knew that I wanted to make money online. So for me, I was like, I'm gonna start a Social Media Marketing Agency. So I started that with my friend. He was like, okay, cool. Um, he knew a lot more about, you know, just everything business, he knew exactly how to run paid ads, he knew exactly back end, how to build a funnel, all that good stuff. So we just kind of mentored me. It was it was 5050. But in all honesty, he, I was just like, the I was always good at talking. So I was just making a lot of the content, the front guy, and he was kind of like, the more the back end guy. So we were like, we split up all the costs for you know, LLC and some of the systems that we had in place. He was like, alright, well give me the money for this. These costs, so I'll give him money. We split the LLC. And a lot of these things is kind of touched on in the last video is, you don't know. Because you don't know. For those of you that don't know, me and Jeff are 20 I'm 20 years old, and Jeb is 22 or 4:17 2222 weeks. Okay. 4:22 Jeff is going on? 22 right. So we're both young, but we're both also very ambitious. So at the time, I think I was 1718 He was like, Yeah, give me the money and I'm gonna go out and you know, pumped this money into our business and you know, invest in an LLC. My Cool. We kind of talked about chargebacks last episode. So we had our first few months in business was a ton of cold outreach. We were not running paid ads for ourselves, because, yes, we knew how to frickin run ads, but we wanted to just make sure that our system worked for other people. And luckily we didn't Run paid ads because we had chargebacks a ton of chargebacks. So we got chargebacks. Right? And essentially, my business partner was like, Okay, I'm out. I'm done though. I was like, Cool. Okay, I guess I guess it's just me now. So I told them to send me the information for, you know, our account logins in the EIN for the LLC, things like that. So I could just, you know, make sure the business is managed and taken care of come to find out he's like, he's like, No, I'm, I'm not giving you any of that. I'm like, why are we split? Everything happened, like halfway down the middle. Just somebody sent me the information, you could go do whatever you want to do. He was like, no. So I'm there trying to like make business work at school and learn everything that he knew and everything he was doing. So I take a few months off, I get certified in digital marketing through Google, I learned all these frickin business schools and become a stud. And then I run into this lady, I tell her, I kind of tell her this story. And she was like, Well, why don't you just call the county clerk? And I was like, What the heck is that? Like? You don't know? Because you don't know. And she told me she was like, well, they'll be able to frickin see if you're on ein See, give me the number and all that. So I called them I was like, Hey, this is this is tied. You are the EIN for this company. And they're like that company, LLC. We when we look it up, and the only thing that comes up is x y Zed, right? And the reason why I say x y Zed because it's his name, and then consulting agency. So he he changed the name from Apex mindset Inc, to his consulting agency. And they're like, Yeah, you are never on this LLC. You're never like an affiliate like a affiliated or someone that's like working for the LLC us. We're never affiliated with 7:00 this. Yeah. You weren't a Managing Member? Yeah. So 7:03 I come to find out that I was I was never even part of this LLC that I put my blood sweat and tears into, helps the brand. And yeah, that was kind of like a like awakening moment for me. We kind of I said on the last last episode, what my quote was, it's not over when you lose, it's over when he quit. And if I were to quit right there, I was like, eff this. I'm done with business. You know, I would not be where I am today, speaking to these amazing people speaking to Daniel hive mind, who my partner, Jeff and knows how they're doing better than ever. Huge opportunities to able to help people with their finance. I love making pot now podcast, I love this podcast, right? I love making content. And I love the game. And I'm so glad that that I took that as fuel and win even harder. And here we are. 7:55 So one thing I'm going to say is, don't forget it. This isn't your last trial tribulation, there's going to be bigger ones coming up ahead. And it's not going to stop the pressure, the pressure doesn't fade away. 8:10 It just wrote it down. 8:12 It just gets bigger, it gets bigger, it transforms. So this is my my entrepreneur advice is that there's different levels of entrepreneurship, and the problems only get bigger. So you think your problems are big. Now, they only get worse. And you learn how to overcome those not only larger problems, but those those problems you struggle with early on, and they just get bigger, bigger problems, bigger money, 8:41 bigger money, more problems, bigger opportunities, more opportunities. 8:46 It translates all across the board, but I always I always like translate this like Elon Musk. Elon Musk is a CEO of like three businesses. And if you watch videos of me slipping out one of the one of the plants, you know, a Tesla it's like it's a lot of devotion and determination to create and devote such effort to create something and that's the big thing is creating something so I want to commend you all for creating something and I think you guys have a big mission and I want to help in any way I can and I wish you all the future and I hope you all when y'all go see at the top 9:25 I love it Mr. Daniel of hive mind we're definitely going to be in contact because business businesses business businesses building these beautiful relationships and I'm glad I get to you know meet you today and speak with you. Great Minds. Great person, great personality. I definitely look forward to you know maybe more of these episodes when wherever whenever we're doing bigger better things in like you said Man, see you at the top. 9:50 Where did you find the online? 9:55 Tide you are on Instagram. I promise dozy DOS, 10:06 sir DLs why underscore DL ze contact me to Instagram to combat number we probably help you out stuff we do are some mentorship as well for that too. 10:18 And exactly what we do again in case they missed the last episode we help people, if you've heard the term infinite banking, we do it but we do it better. You know, we're involved in a lot of real estate operations. So, you know, if you're, if you're a wholesaler looking to JV or whatever the case may be, we're even buying deals here pretty shortly so if you have any deals, you know, go ahead and send send them to me. Host/ Ceo/ Speaker

I have been an entrepreneur since 2018. I come from a regular home just like most people. My dad worked on the roads in the Chicago area for over 30 years. He always taught me to work with my brain, instead of my body. Your body can only take so much abuse. I learned so much from my father. He always pushed me to work smarter and not harder.

I have owned and operated a trucking business for 2 years. I started learning real estate in 2019. Fell into the Data & Skiptracing business in 2020. My partner Anthony & I started Hivemind in 2021.

I have done a ton of different jobs coming up from painting, to door-to-door sales, telemarketing, truck driving, and loading trailers. What I learned most is that I want to stay in the digital business space. The leverage you can have delivering digital products to the marketplace can yield limitless possibilites.

I started The List Guys in 2020. It is a data and skiptracing service. We provide seller and buyers list nationwide. My clients have been getting great results and I am proud to help people killing it.

I started the Hive in 2021 with my partner Anthony Gaona. It is a real estate and business mastermind. It also comes with a all in one CRM, that can host unlimited websites and users.

Starting the Hivemind has been an amazing journey so far. Seeing one of our users make his 6 figure month in June 2021 leveraging our software, I know there will be plenty more to come!
