A little 50k investment a for sure. 1:19 I'll scare that straight up. I was very scared. I was I've been with the corporate world, me and my wife. We were in a cup of work for 20 years. And I saw Anthony and his guys doing his thing. And I knew him for a little while. But when I when he when he popped up that sign and it said like million dollar sales Million Dollar. I told my wife I said, dang, he's doing better than us. We got to hit him up. He's better than us. So hey, it was it was we were a little nervous. I told my wife. I was like, Hey, here's the thing. It's 50,000. And she's like, What the hell are you talking about? I was like, Hey, let's do it. Let's do it. Let's do it. And he quit his job. I did. I did. I walked out. I walked out. I walked out on a Saturday. And, man, this has been the most exciting thing I've ever been through and honest with you. I wanted to say that about my heart. 2:11 Thank you, man. I mean, so you've been in the corporate world for a long time, how many years? 19 and a half world 97 years. So you went all the way to the top of the corporate ladder? Main director of a big sales company, the global sales company. And you went to the very, very top. Right? So you've been Chris, you've been in real estate for six years. Okay, so if you guys been in real estate for a long time, you've been in sales for a really long time, top of the corporate ladder. What did you see in what the hive mind was doing that made you say, Hey, I'm gonna throw $50,000 into this thing. Like, what was it? What what set it off 2:42 movement? The fastest movement I've ever seen in my life. 2:45 I would say that someone actually given all their secrets like how are the millionaires making millions like we're how are they doing it and someone actually giving you the information and their secrets that you're like, Wow, this is it. Why didn't we do this years ago? Yeah. For what's going on it did 3:00 it. It seems like literally, it seems so hard man that that nobody could give configure all the little components out. But we love the way you broke it down. And you you and Daniel when you do your meetings, it's just incredible. The best meetings ever. And it would have taken us years to learn this. We did the multiplication. I was like, Okay, we'd have to work another 20 years. What Anthony these guys are doing in one year, so I was like, hell no. 3:22 Okay, so, so now you saw it. And he came to some of the meetings like is this all Hi, have you been mentioned to me one time you're like, you know, I just seems like I'm trying to tell you to ask myself like, is this a scam? Like, you know, is this all gonna make sense? So you went ahead, you got involved? You throw in $50,000 $1,000. Now, y'all came down here. You traveled over here to Greenville, Texas. You saw it happening right in front of your eyes on one day, so and we're at 2.2 million in sales. Not even dead. Right? Halfway through the day. 3:48 I was like, yes, it's real. 3:50 I know. I know. I know. Dude, it seems unreal. It seems unreal. Especially when we're in just when I was in the car with you made up or you're on nine phone calls at one time and I was like, I want to write with him to get a word in I couldn't even get an order with you. So I was like, Hey, babe is super real. It's super real. And you guys know Mike 4:06 always hypes everything up. So he was hyping this up I know I need to see some money and you see it on paper. I don't know about all this and then I got to see it. 4:13 Well, I got I got news for you guys. Man. Y'all are actually on punk. These are all actors. Nobody actually bought anything today great actors Great. Most of your 50 grand went to pay run no, man Well, I appreciate you just believing in what we're doing and taking a look at it of course and pulling the trigger on it. So I hope you've gotten a lot of value already. Right and also, I can't wait to see you guys start to do deals. He recently brought one to the table which looks like it might be at least two M's. We thought it was three maybe two M's. How long did it take you since you started? 4:52 Started getting diagnosed calls and join join the group about three weeks ago 4:56 three weeks and you got to deal with that could possibly turn into two m in the pipeline or It only would have taken me 20 years right? But but one caveat is that this guy's like one of the greatest salespeople in the world. And I'm not just saying that he literally is the one that trained me probably, what, 15 years ago or something like he taught me the like the highest level of sales that you can possibly get to you. He's climbed himself. He brought me up when I needed a hand. So I'm glad to be able to repay it and bring you and get you involved what we're doing now. Thank you. I really appreciate it. I’ve been in digital marketing for almost 15 years.I grew up in construction working for my dad when I was only 12 years old. Normally we had a ton of work or no work at all so a lot of my free time was spent learning how to generate leads.

It didn’t take very long for me to master online marketing because I became absolutely obsessed with it. For the last 15 years I’ve been generating construction based leads. At first I was running the projects myself. This led to sub-contracting all of the excess projects and eventually wholesaling the leads off to other construction companies.

One day I was preparing to build a single family residence for myself. In mid December, 2018, a simple YouTube search led me to the term wholesaling and the rest is history. The plan was to use my construction background to start flipping houses. By January 1st of 2019 I launched several marketing campaigns both on and offline for real estate seller leads.

Within about 4-5 weeks I had my first real estate contract locked up. It didn’t take long for me get a land lead where I made almost a full year’s pay on a single transaction. This came from a land lead and that forever changed my life.

I ran low volume larger land deals for the first two years of my real estate career. Like anyone who has been in real estate investing for an extended period of time, I started thinking about scaling my business.
