We talked about the stories. I have my co host here, Mr. Anthony get ONA, I guess doing today? What is your cool interesting story, Elijah. 0:18 So I have this one deal, contacted about a month ago through text messaging. And I don't know the total numbers, per se, but I know this deal was not supposed to close. Well, I didn't close yet. But it's gonna close the seller. He didn't mention to me that yet ex wife that was on the deed she wasn't on like prop stream. Sometimes when you look up these properties on Prop stream, it would just have one sellers name, right. The wife's name wasn't on it. He saw once they did the title. You know, the title company did the title search. They mentioned to me the seller, ex wife is on the deed as well. So, you know, I had to do extra due diligence true people search Google every day at tried literally almost everything me and my team to reach this lady. I sent her a priority mail letter, you know, with a, with a gift card, letting her know that my company we're looking to buy this lot. We're already in greement with her husband or ex husband. And she could potentially make money from this deal as well. But she never responded. So I'm thinking this deal is just gonna go through. So last week, I closed a couple of deals, made some good money, but I also had to cancel a lot of deals last week. So I was kind of discouraged about that. So come in this week today, I actually just got the email that the title company found out found the seller, got them to sign the papers. And I believe we close Friday, and I'm making 7000 just offer the title company doing their job. So what 2:15 yeah, the title company. And he hasn't had to come with ever found somebody for us. Can ever wet. I've never found anybody for us. I don't believe so. Oh, Teresa 2:25 animal? Yeah. Yeah, she's just pretty ferocious man. It's good to have a blessing to have somebody like that on your team. 2:34 Yeah, I don't know how they did it. Because I literally tried everything. But I got an email today. And I think he closed the the Thursday or Friday make a 7000. Like, listen, I thought that that 7000 was going. I was getting ready to send him the cancellation, actually, probably today. I got that email. And I'm just like, yes. 2:59 So we'll tell you how they found her. 3:02 No, they didn't. They just said that. She ended up signing the papers. And then they send me the preliminary HUD. And I was like, 3:11 You better send them some pizza or something. 3:15 Now I'm definitely gonna send them like Priority Mail gift card or something. I got. We started 3:21 doing that to now send in flowers. We sent lunch to title Well, this Monday, we send everybody Mexican food on some trays and stuff. So yeah, 3:29 they got something good coming, send them a puppy. I gotta send them something. Because that was that was pretty impressive. To me. That shocked me. Today we're working 3:40 with good title companies, man is a hack. And this is where I think it's like the everybody that works around the real estate transaction is an extension of your team. And they if you have a team in place, man, it makes things so much easier. And we have to talk about this all the time. Like, we have to we have the oil and gas attorney, we got a regular attorney, we got our title company, like they're all people on our team. We got engineers on our team. And it's just like, man, we got a really, really cool team that works and just makes all this magic happen. And makes us look like rock stars. 4:11 Know what the team it just, it makes everything so much easier. So like while they're focusing on that, I could focus on three, four other deals. I have owned and operated a trucking business for 2 years. I started learning real estate in 2019. Fell into the Data & Skiptracing business in 2020. My partner Anthony & I started Hivemind in 2021.
I have done a ton of different jobs coming up from painting, to door-to-door sales, telemarketing, truck driving, and loading trailers. What I learned most is that I want to stay in the digital business space. The leverage you can have delivering digital products to the marketplace can yield limitless possibilites.
I started The List Guys in 2020. It is a data and skiptracing service. We provide seller and buyers list nationwide. My clients have been getting great results and I am proud to help people killing it.
I started the Hive in 2021 with my partner Anthony Gaona. It is a real estate and business mastermind. It also comes with a all in one CRM, that can host unlimited websites and users.
Starting the Hivemind has been an amazing journey so far. Seeing one of our users make his 6 figure month in June 2021 leveraging our software, I know there will be plenty more to come!

Hi! I am Anthony Gaona.
I’ve been in digital marketing for almost 15 years.I grew up in construction working for my dad when I was only 12 years old. Normally we had a ton of work or no work at all so a lot of my free time was spent learning how to generate leads.
It didn’t take very long for me to master online marketing because I became absolutely obsessed with it. For the last 15 years I’ve been generating construction based leads. At first I was running the projects myself. This led to sub-contracting all of the excess projects and eventually wholesaling the leads off to other construction companies.
One day I was preparing to build a single family residence for myself. In mid December, 2018, a simple YouTube search led me to the term wholesaling and the rest is history. The plan was to use my construction background to start flipping houses. By January 1st of 2019 I launched several marketing campaigns both on and offline for real estate seller leads.
Within about 4-5 weeks I had my first real estate contract locked up. It didn’t take long for me get a land lead where I made almost a full year’s pay on a single transaction. This came from a land lead and that forever changed my life.
I ran low volume larger land deals for the first two years of my real estate career. Like anyone who has been in real estate investing for an extended period of time, I started thinking about scaling my business.
Instead of deciding to vertically integrated and start hiring I imagined a model where I would teach my real estate investing methods to others. This would free up my personal bandwidth and allow for unlimited large scale transactions.
Currently our operations are expanding globally. The goal is to identify one person per major US Market that we can build a team around and drive traffic to so we can close high volume transactions together.
