I got it. Yeah, there you go. Hey, welcome to today's episode, we have a special guest Ruben Mata from Rich Dad, Latino, and we're going to cover a lot of different things. We're going to cover today. We're gonna have a good time. Thanks for coming on Reuben. And thanks for coming on Anthony. Of course, my co host Anthony gonna. Man. What, what? How did you end up in like speaking real estate? Because that's like a whole thing. Right? Yeah, it was. I, I was a mechanic for 15 years, right? Oh, wow, for Toyota. And I was at that point where it's like, you know, it's just all I'm going to do. Then my ex wife got into real estate. And I was seeing how much money she was making. Doing real estate, I'm turning wrenches, 12 hours a day, 10 hours a day making 7080 grand a year and she's doing that, you know, 40 grand a month. This was like back in 2002 Three. So I switched careers. And I have two wrenches that I'm done. So I spent on fixing cars and started putting those together. So I had we started the mortgage company did that shit, we double ended the deal. She did real estate, I did mortgage. And then the market dropped in, oh 708 where a lot of people experienced that and from making seven figures millions of dollars a year to just exhausting those resources as the market went down because values went down bank account went down cars got repoed houses got repossessed as well, that were closed on. So I got into the personal development industry went to the Secrets of the Millionaire Mind event where I was like, Wow, this this is new to me, you know, the mind mindset development. Got into that and just took it and ran with it that opportunities did my work my way through wrote a book got certified in neuro linguistic programming, which opened a lot of doors and apply those principles of mindset development, neuro linguistic program based back into the real estate industry, because I've already mastered that. I didn't have to learn something new, and apply the mindset strategy. So I complemented what I already did in the past with mindset training. And that just blew up because I've done events with Robert Kiyosaki. I'm doing this rich dad Latino platform with my my trainings on our event coming up. And then with Les Brown, we've done events in Dubai, that were 50,000 people on our trainings and 100 countries. I lived there for six, six months in Dubai and I just signed another deal with another company out there training their leaders in Asia on mindset development, because yeah, and it just took off. So that's how I started from turning wrenches to doing loans to losing everything, mindset and applying that back into the industry. That is, that is a immigrant immigrant path to fame. Yeah, so that's, that's where it you know, and see, like, you know, and as well as you know, what you're doing to helping a lot of people with your platform. And we're talking about that as giving them the tools, I used to buy tools, I'll snap on all the coral, these tools, specialty tools, to get a task done to complete a task. Now, you're giving people tools, specialty tools, because you've already mastered the industry. And know like you were talking about your CRM on steroids. It's like Oh, my goodness, these are what people will utilize. To excel their success is finding a mentor, finding someone who already has done it, not reinventing the wheel, and getting out of their own way. And that's a lot of what my trainings are is getting out of your own way. And keeping it simple. That's amazing. I love that analogy, dude that like the same way that the mechanic has his tools. I never thought about it. Yes, if we have our tools in our industry, and you can give people the tools, they're not physical tools. Right. And that's the thing is like, go fix this car with what you know, a hammer and some vise grips. It's like, there's no weight. And a lot of people if you visualize it to get a different perception of that's how they're doing their real estate or that's how they're doing their business. It's you that's the type of results you're gonna have wavering instructions wavering approaches give you wavering results. When you have a clear, precise, somewhat navigation system direction. That's why I support what you're doing is you've already done it, and you have tangible results and we're talking what we're talking about earlier. You have what 10 People already hitting over six figures 1111 My bad we got to add that other one. We want to keep them out. But that's the thing people walk you know, they read about or hear about a talk about it, but until they have lived it and have tangible results. They don't know it. Bottom line is like oh yeah, I know a guy. Well, you guys are the guys. You know, that's how I see it is like actions and results. Always tell the truth. I got a question. How did you end up with the rich dad, Latino man? How did that go? Or what does? How does that come about? And then what do you do for them? Yeah, cuz I did a bit with Robert Kiyosaki, one of our when I was with Harv Eker. And one of his training, I was his trainer in 2015, did an event, Robert came and spoke and stayed in contact with them as far as in that in that environment. And there's another person who reached out and we're going to do an event, why don't bring Robert to well, aloha. And next year, so made that connection. And the gentleman, the CEO reached out Latinos, they do trainings. And, you know, this is what you do. And I was like, yeah, so he says, you know, what, give me you know, give me a little taste. And I told him English is my strong language is like that, I'll, you know, let's go. And he said, No, do the Spanish so I did some stuff in Spanish. And he says, No, I was just alone. That's fine, y'all. But I connect that Converse recommend me that we're going to do the Spanish to connect to the community, even though not be. But it's like, if I'm telling people get out of your comfort zone. And I'm not doing it myself. It's like, I'm not walking my talk. So I did that I'm stretching and learning it. And we've done that. And that was that connection with how I got with richer Latino. It's getting out there in the environment of opportunity. It's stretching out of your comfort zone and and God aligns people once he knows what you want. I feel he'll put people in your path. Like Have we met from love that Pardo's event last year. So it's like this is when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. It's like, just let me know what you want. Ask you shall receive seek you shall find knock, and it shall be open. I totally believe in that. But it's like, if you don't know what you want, how do I know what to give you? That strongly, and I love that. Yeah. And there's a lot there waiting for us. We just have to be the person able to handle it. It's like, the blessings are there everything is right here. We just have to be prepared for it. Because to whom much is given, much is expected. And if what I read is like, Hey, you're gonna give your kid the keys to the car. If they're 10 years old, it's setting them up for failure. Yeah, so until they're ready, it's like, Here you go. And that's the same thing in life was how we see it. If we jump the gun, then we pay consequences. If we wait, we reap the rewards. That's strong ranking. What was that quote again, to too much is given what was that? given much is expected. It's in the Bible, that strong man, I've heard that before. I like biblical I just I'm not really good with, with quotes. That's something that I've been thinking about, it's been on my mind a lot lately is that I do have a lot of responsibility. I'm responsible for a lot of people. And it's like, if I don't eat, right, if I don't exercise, if I don't do that, do everything that I'm doing like this, this life will bring you up, like it'll burn up your nervous system to die of a stroke. So like, You got to like maintain your, your physical and your spiritual health to be able to, like, perform at that scale. I think about people like Elon Musk, I mean, like he's probably ready to die of a stroke any day now. You know, but he has, he has a lot of responsibility that he's running through his body. So that's powerful man. That's, that's really that's, that's a powerful quote. Right? And like you're saying, they say, when you have that and what you think about you bring about and if we're thinking of stress, we're gonna get more stress. It's the law of attraction, if we're thinking about how we're going to take care of this, you know, delegate and plan and, and you have a structure balance is what I heard what you're saying, you know, physical spiritual, you know, mental in business as well. And once you have that balance in life with family and it's having that balance life is the goal. Many people think it's money it's that's only a fraction, that's a piece of the puzzle of, of having a balanced life, we need it to survive. There's the other part of the family because I see Daniel going on trips and family and going on vacations, things of that, because that a lot of people are very successful in business, but their their spirituality is down or their health is going down or you know, the relationships suck. It's like Dude, you're not even at home, but you're I'm at the office 1617 hours. It's like all the money in the world and no time to spend it. Yeah, I'm guilty of that man. I'm a workaholic. So I can work myself to death. So I have to like I have to set things in place like it's time to unplug a Sunday remove yourself from that before you that are before you have an unfulfilled life. And sometimes I felt like I want to push harder in business, but I'm like, I haven't very fulfilled life at home. I have a really, really good friends. So yeah, it's very important to think about if you if you concentrate too much in one area than other areas will suffer exactly what you focus on expands. Awesome. But that's good. That's good. What's what's what's a way that people can form structure in real life, if they're not a well balanced entrepreneur? I say I make a will. And as you go for five years, I say, you know, you draw a pie chart, it's like spirituality, business, relationships, whatever pops up there, and health. And if you hit those four and rated on a scale of zero to 10, zero being dismal, 10, being outstanding, you write those numbers down, add them up, and see where your balances in life. And then you mark where zero to 10 is, and see how balanced if you could roll that will. And it's having a balanced life is when you get it out of here, because we justify our, our, our short, can we justify things when we know it's shit, we shouldn't do, but we could justify it. So if you get it out of here and put it on paper, now you have something to refer to outside of your mind. And you're like, Okay, documentation beats conversation. It's like, it's right there. You said on a scale of zero to 10, your relationships may be a three, four, it can be an eight, you know, your health is like, Yeah, and if you would make a chart of that, and see if you would roll that will, how balanced would that be? That's a good one. So you get it out of your head on paper. So one thing, one thing that I mentioned before is consistency. So Anthony mentioned that you're, you're fit, and it's what's your what's your workout regimen, like because I think a lot of people struggle with that, too. Yeah, it's the consistency part. Like we're sharing 3040 minutes a day, getting in there and doing it. It's when I lived in Dubai for six months, I was going back and forth. Once a month back here one week, going back over there again, and it was training at the at the hotel, 3040 minutes, it doesn't have to be the Come on, you know, the level 10 I get it intensity needs to be high. But it's the quality workout, more than the quantity, you know, it's like going in there putting 30 minutes, 40 minutes, a good work in, you know, three sets of 10 each body part, get in there and do it. But you do it consistently over five, six days a week. And it's not such a chore of I gotta go two hours and I won't be able to walk the next day because I did last day, I get it, we stretch it out. But the more it's a project, the less we'll do it. It's like a nutrition program a diet if we label it diet. Mentally, we're like, I want to diet and we know it's for only a season. If we say we're changing our lifestyle, our nutritions our nutrition, it's a new lifestyle, then it's not a diet it's a different meaning that we get from our past. So diets are only temporary and are a lot of perceptions of it don't work and diet stop now. Man, I got it. It's always taken away. But if we say I have a new healthier way of eating or new, healthier lifestyle of living through my nutrition, more words, different perception, different energy. Because the mind resists change. Human Behavior resists change. It's like if you offer your program well, let me see, you know, they gotta convince themselves. First answer is no. So that's the story they buy into. And the results that they have is the stories they buy into. So that's strong, man, I love it. So that's, like I get so like, fired up, like excited, because it's the way it be like today, I was like, I'm on level 10, bro, because we just closed this other deal in Dubai as far as we start tomorrow, launch and training, like all the Asia, it's all zoom and stuff like that. It's like, but it's from putting them in the activity at the worst activity, putting in the hours. It's like, nothing's gonna be given to you for free. It's like earn it. It's like faithful in the small, I'll give you more. That'd be faithful. This will show me you deserve it. I'm not just going to hand it to you. People want things handed it to them. It's like appoint me to do this appointment, you earn it. Show me you deserve it. That's how we run the opposite. We get the real estate off. But everybody's like, what do you need me to do? I'm like, Well, I can show you what to do. But the rest is up to you. I'm never going to check on you. And then we're going to come in here and see if you're working or not the people that want to rise to the top by themselves. Show you what to do, but I'm not going to tell you what to do. Yeah, and it's like people, like you say if they want if they truly desire it, they'll find a way. They'll find a way if not, then it is what it is you're either committed or you're interested, committed is doing it. Whatever happens interested is doing it when it's convenient. You're either or this committed or interested Okay, I got I got to the mindset part, right? So convincing yourself somebody like yourself or myself, Daniel, like we're very, very little convincing required because we've already like, turned on the switch and then broke off the knob. So now what's what are the more practical steps now after you've you you're in it, you know, you're going to make it you've already made up your mind? How can a person like that sail to the next level of business now is there's what's what's the modality? Is it like reaching out networking advertising? Where do we go from here? I mean, there's, there's the four levels of knowledge. And I see is like the learning knowledge where you write stuff down, you're in a classroom, you got the activity knowledge, you learn by doing, you got the modeling knowledge, where I'm going to be like him, I Oh, man, the way he does his business, I want to model him because he has success. And the last part is the teaching knowledge, where you get the knowledge from teaching somebody, then you start duplicating you that way. You don't are one doesn't have to do be there all the time to set up the system is to duplicate you, is having a lot of use that way, you just press you know, turn it on, and you go, that's how I see it and don't reinvent the wheel you don't have, if you like, that's why I went back into real estate. I've already mastered the mortgage real estate industry, of producing, being a producing agent, being a loan officer being a broker. I've already done that. So I don't have to learn a new industry. And just enhancing that and seeing how can I monetize what I've already mastered? And then you go in and see wherever it goes, see what resonates. See what resonates and intuition will always let you know you can't fake frequency. You cannot fake energy. You you'll feel it when something's not right. You know, you get to know somebody man, I already connected with this guy. He's cool, man. And you know, like when Daniels like, hey, there's already that connection there. But there's other people you meet? And there's like, Nah, you know, there's not an answer. There's something happening right there. You know, I was like, weird about this guy. Because he could tell there, but you'll people will tell you everything you need to know through their words and their body language, and how they behave and their tonality and the words. Yeah, I'm a big believer in that man. And I felt like once you refine your own frequency, then you start to come to the point where you don't absolutely need to work with everybody that you don't want everybody's company, everybody. Everybody, everybody in the beginning, I'll do this now. Do that jack of all trades. It's like yeah, okay, great. You know, it's like, I want to help everybody. I want to change the world. And as like, you know what the same goes, as you start elevating to another level, your circle gets smaller. Yep, that's effect. Oh, yeah. You'll see who's around. My people that wasn't in the right. Sometimes it gets lonely at the top. Yeah, exactly. It's like, they know, traffic traffic going on the road, you know, file that I seem to be. It's like, there's no, there's no traffic on the extra mile. Because a lot of people don't go there. Yeah, that's a shame. Street Smart knowledge will run circles around degrees around for not saying that it's wrong to go to college and get a degree but you start applying Streetsboro knowledge in this industry, boom, because you can't learn that. I mean, you have to learn that by doing by when there's no light at the end of the tunnel. Remember when you're down depressed, lonely, where you couldn't get up? And like, there's no way I'm getting out there. And who was that person that got up, get to that person to get to where you need to go in this industry, then you'll see you can't you can't learn that in a classroom. You got to feel and live that and a lot of people haven't been able to get that because for whatever environment but we haven't that to utilize that and apply that and benefit from this. Along those lines is sometimes letting people like fail is part of their growth experience and you can't help prevent that either. Yeah, I remember I was going through some stuff and my dad He was passing away the rest of the piece and I was like dude, why don't you tell me you know, get right son get right he says you had to go through it. I could have told you all kinds of we had to go through it to learn from it. Because if I would have told you that I would have took you away from learning what you know now. But you had to go through that grow through that I should say grow don't fall. Let it let it get scraped up. You know, let's see where he goes. See where people go. You'll watch you'll see people's true character when the heat is turned up. You will see Oh, damn they Oh god. No, I own it. This my bad. What are you gonna do to fix it? What's the next step or mandate this that Bam, you'll see people's true character, or give them a place of power. Give him a clipboard. You'll see him give him a clipboard and a title and you'll see people's true characters. Wow. I've never heard that before. Because I mean, it's true though, because, you know, everybody said that one boss that was like, they should not be a boss any longer. Yeah, it's like, yeah. And it's like, you know, it's like, Dude, you were cool. All of a sudden, you get a title. And now you're, you know, you want a parking space out in the front. You know, different things, and I get it, but as being aware, and it's not what happens to you, it's how we respond to what happens to us. People are going to be who they are. They're either going to help you or they're going to hurt you. They're either on the way with you or they're in your way. So it's time to say hello, or goodbye to some people. But it's the setting boundaries is where the happens. It's like, Yeah, but their family and you can still say hi to him. You just don't have to allow that part of activity in your life. setting boundaries. People want to be everything. A lot of people want to be everything to everybody because like hell, it costs too much to get to where I'm at. Yeah, yeah, I think sometimes you got to remove things, right. So sometimes it's removing toxic food, lazy habits, toxic people. Yeah, I think everybody wants to gain knowledge. We want to gain connections, gain, gain, deals, gain leads gain capital resources, but sometimes you gotta get rid of some of that stuff you already have on your plate. Yeah, it's, you know, the cup runneth over. But what is it running over with? You know, it's like, what is it? You know, and taking inventory awareness is the first element of change. Understanding is the second. So being aware of what's going on taking inventory, and being true with that list of what serving and what is not serving. What is helping and what is hurting you, what is keeping you down, and what is building you up. And as we know, it, it's so simple. It's so simple. It's just applying it when it's time to take action. It's like, oh, shoot, here we go. Gonna have to ruffle a few feathers. You know, but a lot of people say, Oh, no, no, I rather have my feathers ruffled than to have to call somebody on their stuff. It's like, Heck, no, man. No, no, no like to say, I work too hard. I work too hard on for this. I wasn't given this. And that's, that's, you know, and you'll see people, they'll fall away. And you know, they get caught on their stuff, and they'll go find somebody else to go pretend to. So, I want to ask you this question, too. Because I think a lot of like, you're you're pulling inspiration from somebody, like, I think you talked about like, yeah, today's an amazing day, and I'm gonna kill the day, whoever I'm reading for today. Where does that sound like inspiration come from? This mindset, mindset, and being close, you know, I was sharing when, when the real estate went down, I lost, we're making, you know, over seven figures a year, 100,000 a month, having all of this stuff, and I was tied to the dollar. And being in that place of vulnerability of, I was out, I checked out, marriage went down, the houses went down, everything went down. I was in a five day binge in a hotel. And I was at the point of checking out, couldn't walk didn't sleep for days. So imagine what I was doing. And I was ready to check out. I was like, I have nothing. And I don't mind is the devil's workshop. Idle, don't mind buying into the story. And I was in, in in the tub with the razor blade ready to check out, I was ready to move I was done. I was ready to slice my wrist until I heard a voice and said, it's not your life to take stand up. And I was like, Whoa, you know, hurt again, it's not your life to take stand up. So that's why my company is called stand, you know, my book, my company stand, because of the voice that I heard that said stand up. So that's the drive that says it's not about me anymore. It's something bigger than me. That's what gives me the energy every day to say go out. Because if not, I've given you a purpose. And if you don't perform it, I would have taken you back then. So there's a reason why I told you to stand up because it's his doing now through what I've shown what he's shown me to help others that are going through that challenge. And that's why I felt he gave me the gift of gab to speak to multitudes. 200,000 people all over the world, to open them up to a better lifestyle and maybe they might have a relationship. But this has been what I've been through on a personal development level and then to go from there, but that's where the drive comes from that time of decision that said it's not about me anymore. I've already drove and I crashed him but still you No, in in the secular world. And that's amazing. I have a similar similar story. And I was growing up, I was like, it was about me, me, me, me, me, what can I produce, and I always did well, I always made good money. But it was, for me it was it was very self centered, self serving. And then when I did hit that wall, I came to a point where I said, You know what, I'm just, I'm not going to do for myself anymore. I'm gonna try to see how many people can do for at scale. My brother had passed, and one of my brothers ended up in prison. So it's like, even for my parents, like, I'm the last son, you know, so I'm gonna keep doing for myself, or am I gonna, like, fill the role of three sons? You know what I mean. And when I started pouring into other people, instead of thinking about what's in it for me, now, I have like, unlimited energy source that I could work 20 hours a day and not even blink an eye, it has nothing to do with me. It's not for me. Exactly. It's been getting out of our own way. So that's where, you know, the energy comes from doing, you know, so many hours a day or continuing to go and do things. Because challenges come, nobody's ever like, you know, removed from challenges. This is like, you know, the bigger the battle, the bigger the blessings, man, the bigger the battle, it's like, nobody robs an empty house, nobody holds up a bank lady. It's like, if you got if you're going through something, you have something to gain. Because you know, and that's it. The bigger the battle is, the bigger the blessing, just remember that when you're going through. For I really like the there's different levels of pain and growth. And there's always a higher level that you haven't experienced yet. So no matter what stage you're at, there's always a higher level to painting and growth that you can take on. Yeah, no. And what the reason why we're talking is, is going back to the tools of what you've learned, through your lives to help the industry of where you're at. That's why I feel you have so much success, because it's not about you, you see people when they start their companies, and they flag us on there, like they break after two, three years, because it's about them. It's like, you see, a lot of people in the industry is like, Oh, wow, whatever, well, you know, it's, they're living this way, you're giving people the tools, you're humbling yourself, and you're helping a lot of people, you know, through what you're doing. And it just continues, it continues, it continues. And like what you're saying about that, that, you know, this, the, the specialists you're writing to up, you know, to allow people, this is a thing people will do more when they have skin in the game, you give it to him for free app is for free, they have nothing to lose. But when they're like you're reading that $3 for the first month, what you're talking about to use your services for $3. And then for so they can experience what other people had to pay full price for. They're getting that at this special rate, because maybe there's that light bulb that comes on and says, Okay, let me see. And that's going to elevate them to another level because you gave them the opportunity. That's why you've been blessed so much. It's because you're allowing people who maybe can't afford it at full price, but you're given the opportunity to experience at a special rate. That's why that's true transformation. That's true service. What is a quote that is yours or somebody else's that you resonate with, because this is a really good one for you. Because you're very, you're very, you have a lot of those quotes at your fingertips. And it's your speaking experience, I hear it. But what's with your own quotes now that you've kind of been in this realm for a little bit, you have one that you really resonate with? Yeah, I use the one where that some the book that says do the best, and all you do, and you're destined to go all the way to the top. And the reason why I'm pointing is because I'm referencing God saying without you, none of this would be possible. So that's why I say do the best and all you do and you're destined to go all the way to the top. Right, and then the one to whom much is given much as expected. Because I know I have to be at my best to receive better and better and better until it's time to say hey, when I meet him and he's gonna say what did you do with the gifts I gave you? And when he says roll the tape, I'll be there saying yeah, I did the best of what I could with what you've given me and not shortchange. So it's do the best and all you doing your destiny although we talk too much is given much as expected. And the whatever it takes attitude, the warrior mindset, whatever it takes. That's that's the thing because it's you know, you know, this industry so whatever it takes attitude is where it has to be. Because you know, this industry and life is like, Uber like you say, it's the Anthony you know, you have so much on your shoulders because where the man of the house we got and then the business and all this people there's so many people can find it and, and waiting for your your your decision their lives are affected based on the decisions you make. And to be right and to be able to cinco I get it, you know, let's do some deals we got to be, you know to be right. Because I take like when people say, Oh, you have an event, I was like I don't I don't do anything for the vendors. Like I need to be in the five senses. Because it's your was an Ariana out in an area that yes, she was at the event and to be playing at that level from stage. I gotta be right on. So it's part of being disciplined of giving 100% to the audience because if not, I'm taking away from them, which is taken away from the gift he gave me. So that's the mindset of always saying it's not me. And to be sure, fire man, mobile vote because this is what Les Brown says. He says if I don't do and this is my my mindset to, if I don't do an event, within two weeks at an office or somewhere, I feel it. If I don't do it, and a month, my audience goes, Oh, because you're on. You have it's like boom, you're on. You know, when you're when you're on, you're on, you have it right there at your disposal, you have it right there. But if you're out of it for a while, it takes some time. So that's where you're always in your game. You're always in your game, like in Spanish, I play these videos. I'm in the car, and I've loved knowing the spaniel Pyramyd, promotes yawn and doing all this stuff, because I'm mastering my craft. Because he can't take it. It's like leave it on the mat. Leave 100% on the mat. Leave it in the rake go 100% Freaking balls out. This is it. I'm not taking anything with me. What do they say? You don't say it hurts. I mean, a U haul truck tied to the back of our hurts when they're going into the Pantheon. You're not seeing that. You're leaving. You're leaving everything here. So give everything don't save anything. Yeah, I say I'm squeezing all the juice out of life. It's like, I'm gonna wait, what if waiting, there's people dying off not saying anything's gonna happen or unfortunately, but people are getting sick left and right. Yeah. And it's like I could have should have would have, you know, that's why I say are you gonna be the ones that see, gee, I'm glad I did or Darn, I wish I had, man if I only if I only had another chance, man, you know, but this happens like I you know, not just that, hey, I went all out. I gave what I could. And of course, we have our days that we don't feel it. But it's where do we go from there? And you know, distance yourself, get some time regroup. Because we all have that shortcomings we all have. There's no, you know, people live in airbrush lifestyle on Facebook and on the social media. You know, it's like, everything's great. But today, we go through our own stuff. I go through my stuff. I get on my knees, I pray. It's like, Man, I can't even watch. You know, that's the part of being human about it. I agree, man. I'm a praying man. I'm making the church on Sundays at least least three days a month, sometimes four. I'm not, you know, I'm not wanting to say hey, you got to do this. You got to everybody knows that we got to do everybody's we're all we know, what works? And what does it what is good for us and what is not. It's that simple. It's the justifying and the stories that are created. That's where it's at. It's like, Well, like I said, Life is so simple. It's the complex mind that creates all this chaos and static, wants to figure everything out. So that's what, we're all we're all we're all Hispanic here. So we've all we're all minorities in some way. So what is what is the struggle that you've been? You've been entrepreneur for a long time, too. So what's the struggle that like minority entrepreneurs might hit their mother people might not face because we are seen lesser than their culture as well as like, Oh, yes, I pray like grandpa, he thinks he's all that, you know, look at, he's driving in the car, they're gonna repo it within three months and you know, make the payments. He thinks, yeah, he's taking trips everywhere, and biting into that programming of motorcycle to to our culture, or they think less than US or always buying into a story of society, of blaming people because our culture having a chip on her shoulder. Now, you're pioneering your way through this. You're setting the ground for other Latinos to go through. It's like there are no other Latinos doing what I'm doing out in Dubai. They're all hobbies, you know, it's like, let's bring it baby. Like, I don't care, like whatever that it's, it's, yeah, it's not buying into the stereotype or society's definition of the Latino And like what I'm speaking to me what Chico, the third generation, Hispanic, you know, speaking Spanish, like I'm bringing, it may be chopped up maybe but you're still going to hear it. You know that way I'm not buying into the story of limiting our success or my success through the perception of society of a Latino, because we're not good enough. It was like, alright, well, and it's not proving it, it's showing by doing. I don't have to prove anything to anybody, you know, I'm doing because that's the programming because if we need to prove it than if we're waiting on their response, and I don't wait for people's response to know if I did 100% Or if I didn't, because there's different personalities and people's different perception. Some people are there to help you and some people are there to bring you down who are pretending to help wolves dressed in sheep's clothing. There was a there was a tweet I saw, like last week, and I showed my wife and I was like, some people are investments and some people are bills. Oh, there you go. I was like whoa, that was a strike constantly of the fine mix around me. I gotta find mix of the two all around me. Just being aware. Hey, why are you treating me this way? It's like I'm the same as as your they're different perception people that are conviction will sit in people will fall to the wayside. After a while when you set boundaries that take years of your time will no longer have that privilege. And you'll see others like you'll see the reaction when you started setting boundaries. And the people they used to be able to have access to you that no longer have access to you. Is like the takers of your time. Boom, their privileges gone. You'll see what happened used to be this clean house maybe cleaning house decluttering. So we're working to find your book. And where can people find you online? Yeah, on Amazon. You can get it or go to forum. I got an online program. Empowering mindset. Where's that empowering mindset? It's five modules. Five downloadable manuals as far as empowering your mind as far as having the mindset like we're talking about right now as far as focus ballots, go to stand mindset.com sta and z mindset.com. And the rich dad Latino is Reuben my thigh. Scott comm forward slash bothering Rico, we'll put the link in there. And yeah, on social media, Reuben, my thoughts ruin the line too. So we're doing different things. I want to ask you before we leave, Why ruin the Lion King? Because I'm allele first of all, through this warrior camp that I did with Harvey and I was one of the trainers is like my name was roaring lion. So as we're doing the social media rebranding, there's like there's still the Lion King. So we're like, boom, ruling the Lion King and we ran with that and it was like people are so all that whole justification as far as being the king of the jungle, you know, you take care of your pride, you know, you take care of the whole, you know, jungle out there and that warrior mindset that's from being the leader. And I couldn't care and curious, it was like, it was like a thing you've tested and it came comes out and now you're having that man that helps me out too. It's like you're the Lion King. Like, come on. You gotta go out there and do it, you know? Put in the work. But just getting to tiempo gracias por la and we're gonna do a Spanish we're gonna do a Spanish POC as we're talking about stretching the comfort zone. And it was like yeah, gracias go ahead Kiki shoot your Spanish baby. No, no no harm. Being aware or throw tiempo para nosotros en la en Espanol. Por que key is legal tiempo para todos nosotros expanding our field Okay, they're gonna get it anyways, they speak Spanish and native Spanglish. There's no perfect spent. Believe me, man. It was like and it's, you know, and that's the part like, it is like getting out of the comfort zone and doing it. It's like, nobody's gonna die. Yeah, that'd be fine. Hey, we set a lot worse during different times that we're in different states. And it's like no matter that, it ain't gonna matter now. So that's the part of having fun. It's like having fun with it. I tell ya. Okay, whatever. But this is the part where where I shared as far as our Latino community is how I felt with my Spanish and people making fun of it is like how many Latinos feel that about their English. And that holds them back from opportunity is like, what are they going to say? I don't know enough English is like, but a lot of opportunities are gonna pass you by, with that limited mindset of what if they, what if they what if they don't? It's like us fair. Who was it? Mark Twain said I worry about more things that never happened in my life. What if, what if? What if they don't? It's like, Yeah, but what if I don't make it? What if you do? Yeah, but what if I do make what if you know, it's, but it's the story, but like you're saying, continue with the span and growth, I tell you, you know, opens that other dynamic and there's never perfect span and you'll never perfect finish. When So, Gus is putting in though. Roman? Gracias, Antonio versus the MDL. It was fun. Let's do it again. Yeah, big time. And I look forward to him, you know, like, you know, see where we're going to connect again. And you know, oh, you have your event? Your events coming up? But is it just a quick really quick, August 25 and 26th. We're at Fort Lauderdale, where Fort Lauderdale, Florida? How can they get information on that? The Hive is live.com/summit. Go to that event, amazing, amazing content will be delivered. And we're gonna send you a link as well to get the $3 special rate. It's not a discount because we don't discount anything. It's a special rate that you're receiving. Because the value is still there. We don't discount anything. We continue to go further because of the special services that they're providing for you and the tools to better your life. And your finances. We there's no ceiling on your success. Only the beliefs that are here. Remember that? Yeah, love it, man. This was awesome. Ruben. Thank you, man. Let's do it. All right. God bless. Take care. All right, then the shoulders brothers. All right.

I have been an entrepreneur since 2018. I come from a regular home just like most people. My dad worked on the roads in the Chicago area for over 30 years. He always taught me to work with my brain, instead of my body. Your body can only take so much abuse. I learned so much from my father. He always pushed me to work smarter and not harder.

I have owned and operated a trucking business for 2 years. I started learning real estate in 2019. Fell into the Data & Skiptracing business in 2020. My partner Anthony & I started Hivemind in 2021.

I have done a ton of different jobs coming up from painting, to door-to-door sales, telemarketing, truck driving, and loading trailers. What I learned most is that I want to stay in the digital business space. The leverage you can have delivering digital products to the marketplace can yield limitless possibilites.

I started The List Guys in 2020. It is a data and skiptracing service. We provide seller and buyers list nationwide. My clients have been getting great results and I am proud to help people killing it.

I started the Hive in 2021 with my partner Anthony Gaona. It is a real estate and business mastermind. It also comes with a all in one CRM, that can host unlimited websites and users.

Starting the Hivemind has been an amazing journey so far. Seeing one of our users make his 6 figure month in June 2021 leveraging our software, I know there will be plenty more to come!

Hi! I am Anthony Gaona.
I’ve been in digital marketing for almost 15 years.I grew up in construction working for my dad when I was only 12 years old. Normally we had a ton of work or no work at all so a lot of my free time was spent learning how to generate leads.

It didn’t take very long for me to master online marketing because I became absolutely obsessed with it. For the last 15 years I’ve been generating construction based leads. At first I was running the projects myself. This led to sub-contracting all of the excess projects and eventually wholesaling the leads off to other construction companies.

One day I was preparing to build a single family residence for myself. In mid December, 2018, a simple YouTube search led me to the term wholesaling and the rest is history. The plan was to use my construction background to start flipping houses. By January 1st of 2019 I launched several marketing campaigns both on and offline for real estate seller leads.

Within about 4-5 weeks I had my first real estate contract locked up. It didn’t take long for me get a land lead where I made almost a full year’s pay on a single transaction. This came from a land lead and that forever changed my life.

I ran low volume larger land deals for the first two years of my real estate career. Like anyone who has been in real estate investing for an extended period of time, I started thinking about scaling my business.

Instead of deciding to vertically integrated and start hiring I imagined a model where I would teach my real estate investing method… Read More
